As well as being a professional makeup artist, Jo LOVES
teaching others the skills to create makeup magic for every day (and night).
Based on the Northern Beaches and servicing Sydney and surrounds, a Masterclass with Jo is a great way to get out of your makeup rut, to learn new skills or to learn how to select makeup to complement your style. Whether you are in your twenties to thirties and would like to learn how to take your makeup look from day-time office to night-time glam or perhaps you're forties, fifties or sixties and would like to learn how to freshen and modernize your look, from years in working with the Australian television elite, Jo is experienced with all age groups. Most Masterclasses for one person last one hour.
Some clients would love to know how to correctly apply a smoky eye and some are more focused on achieving a perfect foundation base and flawless glow, but whatever your objective, a makeup lesson can help you gain confidence in your skill and application.

How does a Masterclass work?
Jo will look at the colours and quality of products you’re using and if you have any skin concerns that you would like to address, Jo can chat to you about your current skincare regime. Many clients have excellent makeup products in their own personal collection, but they just aren’t sure how to use them.

Jo then uses your personal makeup, along with her own makeup kit, to create an easily achievable look that is broken down into simple to understand steps. We focus on your objectives for the class and when recreating the look yourself you can add as little or as many steps as you like to to achieve your desired look.

These makeup looks are personally tailored to your colouring, eye shape and face shape and Jo will also give you recommendations of products you could add to your collection (and the inside info on where to score them at a better price!).

Jo also provides beauty light with a phone mount so you can record your entire Masterclass so at any stage, you can replay the lesson for a refresher!
